Delete Your Account

Free and Starter users can delete their Platform accounts via the Platform web UI. When you delete your account, the following occurs:

• Your user profile and collections are deleted.
• Your Personal Access Tokens are disabled.
• Your Free credits are removed.

To delete your account, use the following process.

1. In the Platform web console, click your user icon in the top right corner. go to Personal Settings > My Profile.
2. Click Delete Account.
3. Confirm that you want to delete your account by entering delete in the prompt and clicking Schedule Account Deletion.

Your account will be deleted approximately 30 days after you submit your deletion request and cannot be recovered.

To cancel your account deletion within that period, return to the My Profile page and click Undo Deletion Request.
