Credits for Censys Search and Censys Enterprise Organizations

Censys Search and Censys Enterprise customers have access to unlimited queries, asset lookups, and many other actions in the Platform UI. Most actions in the web app do not count against their credit balance. However, credits are used for managing Censys Search and Censys Enterprise organization API usage. API actions, including Censys Assistant actions that result in API calls, will deduct from your organization's credit balance.

Most API actions taken by Censys Search and Censys Enterprise users cost 1 credit. There is no difference in cost between standard and advanced queries. Every additional page of 100 search results obtained via API costs 1 additional credit.

If you use one of the bulk host, certificate, or web property API endpoints, one credit is consumed for each asset retrieved by your API call.

The Live Rescan API endpoint costs 10 credits.

Censys Search and Censys Enterprise customers may purchase additional credit packs as needed. Contact your Censys representative to purchase additional credits.

Censys Assistant costs

The Censys Assistant uses Platform API endpoints to answer questions. When you use the assistant, credits will be deducted from your account's balance based on the cost of the endpoint used and results produced.

Adversary Investigation API costs

Usage of Adversary Investigation-specific APIs will deduct from your credit balance. Credit costs for Adversary Investigation APIs vary. Reference the table below for more information.
