Censys Starter Subscriptions

Censys users can purchase a Starter subscription to receive additional monthly credits and expanded feature and data access.

To purchase a Censys Starter plan, go to the Plan page in the Platform web console.

The following table shows the price and features of the Censys Starter and Censys Starter Pro plans.

Note that all Censys Starter users also receive five free Platform actions per day.

Censys Starter features

When you purchase a Censys Starter subscription, you instantly gain access to additional API endpoints like search, aggregate, and all collections endpoints. You also get access to tags and comments and a varying number of full-size collections based on your subscription tier. Censys Starter Pro users have access to more collections and more tags.

Censys Starter plan credits and rollover

Credits are added to your Censys Starter account at the start of your billing cycle. This date is indicated on the Billing page in the Platform web console.

Credits allocated to your Censys Starter account have a one-month rollover. This means that they are effectively valid for two months after they are added. Unused credits expire at the end of their rollover period.

Cancel your Starter subscription

You can cancel your Starter subscription at any time from the Billing page in the Platform console. When you cancel your subscription:

• You retain access to all features and credits until the start of your next billing cycle.
• Your collections will be archived.
• Your tags stay visible but cannot be edited.
• You can keep using the Platform with your Censys Free account and can resubscribe at any time.

Downgrade your Starter Pro subscription

To downgrade from Starter Pro to Starter, cancel your Starter Pro subscription. After the end of your current billing period, resubscribe at the Starter level.
