List supply chain security advisories

Retrieve the complete advisory identity catalog, including advisories without findings. Use a nonempty risk_query to retrieve risk instances. An empty risk_query means no risk query is available and must not be used as an unfiltered query. An advisory name is not a finding title. This endpoint does not cost credits to execute.
