List risk events

https://api.platform.censys.io/v1/supplychains/{supply_chain_id}/risk-events

Returns risk state-transition events (opened, resolved, reopened) for a single supplier, in commit order. Used by connectors to incrementally sync risk changes. This endpoint currently requires exactly one supplier_id; scoping an entire supply chain in one call is not yet supported by the backend.

This endpoint does not cost credits to execute.

The UID for the supply chain or the literal 'default'. Obtain the supply chain ID using the list supply chains endpoint or via the supply chain intelligence URL when using the web console. If set to 'default', will list risk events for the organization's primary supply chain.
